Precedence

The terms and conditions outlined within this section can only be amended if accepted in writing by Celebrate! Photography and the Customer.  In the absence of such documentation these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Booking policy

A booking fee is required to secure any engagement and will be held towards your chosen package. The Booking fee on all wedding packages is 50%. Full payment is required 28 days before the wedding day.  For all other types of events deposit is subject to agreement at time of booking.  No booking is confirmed until receipt of deposit is confirmed to the Customer

Delivery of Wedding materials and albums

Custom albums and hand bound wedding books can take 6 to 10 weeks to deliver. 

Invoicing and Payment

The invoice lists all the pictures delivered to the Customer using the image number as a unique reference. The picture are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the Customer notifies Celebrate! Photography in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt.

Terms of payment will be outlined on the invoice.  Typically this will be in advance of the services being provided.  In certain circumstances Celebrate! Photography may agree with the customer to vary these conditions.  If an invoice is not paid in full within 30 days of issue, Celebrate! Photography may charge interest on the overdue payment at 2.5% per month or part of a month.
 

Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be charged to the customer. In the event of either the deposit or balance, paid by cheque, cash or otherwise, not clearing in a UK bank any dates reserved will become available to other customers with immediate effect.

Limit of Liability \ Beyond our control

Celebrate! Photography will take reasonable care to correctly identify, caption and orientate the pictures.  However, it does not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by the Customer or any third party caused by any errors.
 We aim to provide a wedding package aligned to the customers reasonable requests, providing these are made at the time of booking.  There will be times though when we will not be able to meet the agreed schedule due to circumstances beyond our control.  Celebrate! Photography shall not be held responsible for this, and any refund will be in line with our refunds policy (see below).  This includes (but is not limited to) Lateness of Bride \ Groom and other key members, Weather conditions, allocated time permitted, availability and cooperation of subjects, access and refused permission to photograph.  At time of booking we will outline the expected and maximum time to spend undertaking the assignment.  Exceeding this will incur a cost of £75 per hour.

Celebrate! Photography cannot be held responsible for images and photography sessions being disrupted by adverse/unfavourable weather conditions. Celebrate! Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of your package. Celebrate! Photography may substitute photographers to take photographs at your wedding in the event of our photographer’s illness. All re-orders shall be considered an extension of this contract. All re-orders must be paid for in full prior to orders being dispatched.

Celebrate! Photography shall be the exclusive photographer retained by Customer. Family and friends are permitted to take photographs as long as they do not disturb, disrupt or interfere with photographer’s duties. The photographer has the right to kindly ask the person obstructing to refrain from doing so, in order for Celebrate! Photography to carry on their duties. It is our duty to provide you with a unique service. Any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the photographer. Celebrate! Photography reserves the right to use your images for any form of advertising to promote their company. Web based promotions, brochures, galleries competitions apply.

Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the Photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In order to capture both formal and reportage shots we aim to make 2 photographers available for all packages. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and a second photographer is unavailable the lead photographer will aim to take both types of shots.

Quotations

While every effort has been made to ensure that prices are correct at time of printing, quotations are subject to change until the deposit has been agreed and accepted by celebrate photography.
